My family and I were lucky enough to have a chance to review their Carrot Cake.  I will admit that I was a little concerned that the cake wouldn't taste as good as it looked online.  But thanks to their careful shipping methods, that included an ice pack and air tight seal, the cake arrived in perfect condition.   This has been called THE BEST Carrot Spice Cake you’ve ever tasted and now I know why.  The carrot cake was divided into two moist layers, separated by creamy cream cheese frosting.  The cake was cooked with walnuts and raisins, but not too many to take away from cakes own delicious flavor.  On top was a White Chocolate Plaque that read, Season's Greetings.  When you order your cake, it comes with a matching card and is packaged in their signature Bake Me a Wish! gift box.  The Carrot Cake sells for $39.95.
